I continue walking against the river current, doing range of motion = arms and shoulders, swimming short distances and 2 1/2 miles of stationary bicycle I have to take my pain meds and then wait one hour to make sure it is working. I continue to shovel frozen junk in the street so that I an park near by. Days are finally getting longer 1-2 minutes a day!!Yea!! I love you guys and I love this place.
I keep the New Covenant, when I fail....I am pulled back into place by HIM.
Dear Sue- I feel compelled to stick up for he lucky man in your life!!! Does he know that he is draining your meditative reflections? The poor guys is so in love with you that he probably talks all the time???? Rather than talk, maybe he could hum some meditative tune from one of the well know musicians????? I remember hearing Linda say some of the same things.... As a man I just say...he can no t help it.. Can you pretend that you are alone? Or he could walk way behind you?

Shoveled some snow this morning. Lon we are sending the snow your way. 32 minutes on the elliptical this morning. 52 minutes on the elliptical on the first of January.
Still walking...going for my walk now...indoors (cold today (below 20 F))...new walking shoes to try out
