If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi, I have noticed that certain aspects of my pain got worse on the NSD / GAPS. I felt more mobile and generally less achy but the specific pain points (lower back and heel) were so much more painful. I started about 4 weeks before xmas with a NSD / GAPS approach.
Then xmas came along and I fell off the wagon completely but noticed an immediate lessening of the specific pain - though felt considerably more stiff and immobile.
I was wondering if I feel more pain on the NSD because my body / immune system has nothing to fight and hence is not releasing any natural painkillers. I am just left with the sensation of the real pain as it were.
Does anyone know if there is any science to back my wild theory up?
Wishing you all the very best.

I doubt it. I have been suffering from and studying A.S. for a very long time and found there is very little definite, positive, undebatable proof of much of anything regarding A.S. Never mind makes life interesting I suppose>
