I've found an alternative therapy that helps. It's call float spa. You float for 60-90 minutes in 10 inches of water with 900 pounds of epson salts. At s minimum I'm pain free while floating but the effects last into the night and several days. It costs about $60 a session but I'm paying co pays to doctors and for meds that don't work or have terrible
Side effects for me. It has many benefits besides reducing inflammation like reducing anxiety and stress. Here is a website of one near to me it explains well wthe benefits and how to float. The problem for me is it is two hours away! I'm thinking of purchasing one for home as it really is that helpful to me. http://betterbeingfloatcenter.com/ After reading,
If u still have questions just ask. I prefer the open spa as opposed to closed because
The closed lid tends to flare my roscea. If this helps, let me know. Effects and helpful last for me 5-10 days.

Just to update. I did a float and it definitely made me much more relaxed with better sleep. My joints did feel better the day after but the effects wore off pretty quickly. I think by the second day i couldn't really tell if it was really helping.
