I have to take my pain meds and then wait one hour to make sure it is working.
I continue to shovel frozen junk in the street so that I an park near by.
Days are finally getting longer 1-2 minutes a day!!Yea!!
I love you guys and I love this place.

Hello TEAM! laugh

Good job people - keeping it moving rocks!

I've been slacking because of the lovely snow/ice on the roads. I never learned to drive on it...

Anyway, still swimming laps e/o day. Gotta get some better snow boots if this keeps up.

Goooooo TEAM! clap

nearly every day I move a little snow.
I will continue to do about 50 minutes at the Rec. Center.
The lazy river is just right for me.
Go team go!

Hi Team,

We have been busy lately, and that's no excuse for not checking in!

As usual swimming e/o day. Not doing much else, and I'm getting FLABBY!

Here's my new snowtime inside exercise. It's so fun!

Gooooooo TEAM! clap
