20 minute walks with Lola
I am also trimming trees at a neighbors.
I burn the limbs. not quite worth my time, but I meet people and do them a favor.

I am back. I was on the elliptical for 35 minutes on Saturday, and 24 minutes this morning. I am hoping I will be able to run again in a couple of months. For now it is just the elliptical.

Orch- I hope you continue to do well.
I just continue to do low level stuff- walking mostly-
I may be hunting above Rock Springs in a few weeks. If I have time - and am healthy....I thought about dropping down for a visit.. About how far are you from Salt Lake?

Another 30 minutes on the elliptical.
Lon: I live in American Fork, it is about 20 miles south of Salt Lake. If you are coming I could meet you in Salt Lake. My mother in-law live right down town.

I rode the bicycle about 340 minutes- rather flat, but I did get to breathing faster.....

I dunno why I'm thinking about Fonzie this morning. Probably saw him in an AARP ad or something.  Which reminds me... This article kicks up the bar for us "oldies". I've been slacking lately, only swimming 20 minutes E/O day and walking to the daycare to get my grandson. But today I'm turning over [another] new leaf!  The leaves are falling here in Western Colorado. Lots of leaf raking yesterday and just as we were finishing up, the wind blew down another huge pile. Gooooooo TEAM!

Steve- I will not be ale to drive over your way. I had to be brought down from the high elevation yesterday. I was unable to stand or stay awake. We suspect that it was the elevation disease. My friends had to drive me to Gillette. I am still falling into stuff and a bit dizzy. I am sorry. I wanted to meet you. They did not want to repsonsible3 for me , so they brought me home!

Hope you get feeling better soon Lon. I guess that will put a damper on your Mount Everest climb. I am still hoping to one day head your direction. We have friends that have a ranch in Encampment Wyoming that we have not seen in years. I would also like to see Mount Rushmore again. Take it easy.
