It helped my enthesitis a lot. Before LDN, I tore tendons and ligaments quite a bit, some very badly that needed 6-24 months to heal.
The LDN prevented those bad tendon and ligament tears.
But it wasn't enough for the GI inflammation, SI flares, etc, so started on Humira.
I still take both. I think the LDN keeps my immune system healthy so that the Humira doesn't depress it too much.
