If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi finally managing to check in! I am still swimming 2/3 times a week and yoga twice a week. We've been away for a week to Scotland and managed two over 3,000ft mountain days the second one very challenging as very windy for the last bit. Spindrift, difficult ground so your feet were sent every which way as I was wearing rigid boots and fighting the wind. Very character building you would not have liked the diatribe going on in my head! Luckily once off the summit on the otherside completely different conditions We walked every single day 4/5 miles on non mountain days and had picnic outside lunches every day too, the weather just about allowed it We also had a lovely day out walking another mountain all the snow had virtually gone though but we had plenty here last week fleetingly to make up for it. Good luck with the cararact surgery Erica I had an colonoscopy today (managed with no painkillers yay) to find out why I might be anaemic etc (autoimmunity rearing its ugly head again. It was fascinating to watch. x

Monday, weather is warming up, at least temporarily, for a few days.
Walked 45 minutes with a friend, probably about 2 miles.
Spring is here?

Hello Team! I'm in a bit of a post-flare energy funk, though overall pretty darned grateful. Spending today reading. So happy to see that people are moving all over this forum! Live it when y'all post here as well. <3 Yesterday my friend took me to a support group meeting and then we walked all around a large neighborhood searching for houses. We have until April 28, the closing on our house sale, to find a place. Other than that I've been swimming e/o day, cleaning the house, mulching the yard, and playing with the littlest grandson. Starting up a local laughter yoga group wherever we settle. Here's a funny video related to the topic. https://youtu.be/FfezfZPw-qkGooooooooo TEAM!!!

Low 50s, a bit cloudy, and windy, but no rain, and fairly warm, so its all good. took a 30 minute walk, ~1-1.5 miles. back to work

Hi,
we have had a lovely week of weather for a change, swimming, yoga and lots of walking up our lane as it was shut for repairs from winter flooding!
I even managed to do a couple of hours gardening at the weekend and sat on our bench to soak up the sun for a bit. Bliss!
