Like Sue said- I had a warm walk, with Lola May.
But we do still have a very white yard.

I also did some plumbing, I had to climb the basement stairs and fetch tools.

move it buster! Go team go!

Hi Team! cheerleader

For exercise I've been continuing to play with my grandson, swim, rake leaves, and mulch leaves with the mower.

Colorado is so weird. It's been below freezing at night for two weeks, yet everyone's grass is still green!

Happy Holidays everyone. <3

Go TEAM!!! clap

Half hour this morning shoveling snow. 10 years ago I would have been out running in this. To much traffic now where I live to run in the snow now.

Hi,
Been up to my eyeballs that time of year, plus we had a health scare with my dad he is getting better now.
I have still been swimming three times a week 25 mins a time and I am almost up to my old speed yay and my knees are getting better. The physio said it would take three to four months to see any improvement if there was going to be one.
I am now a 'member' of the 'gym' -Black Friday deal so have stepped up to two classes of yoga a week and it is fab. I couldn't recommend it enough for the gentle stretching and well being. We had been away for the weekend four hours sitting in a car each way, my back was so stiff. The routines for that weeks yoga classes focused on stretching the spine particularly lower back. After the class I was so much better.
I have signed up for two yoga with meditation eek classes over the hols for a seasonal special (de-stress). I have never meditated before I cant switch off and 'imagine I am on a sandy beach' lol. This teacher focusses more on breathing so hopefully I will be able to do it without feeling stupid!

Hope you all have a good Xmas x

Shoveling a lot of snow (that is good so we will have water this summer). My Toe is almost better, and I can start on the elliptical.
