What do you guys know about NRBC%? My doctor's nurse told me my recent lab work looked good, but I always check myself. This is the first time NRBC% came back high, but I didn't know what it was, since I never paid attention to it before. When I looked it up, it seems that it could be potentially serious. Just curious if any of you have any knowledge about it.

I mixed up the term. It is "absolute NRBC" and not NRBC%. I'm sure they are related, but it is my "absolute NRBC" that is high and the other is on the high side of normal, but still normal.

i'd never heard of it, so i just googled it.

my father in law had a blood disease and saw a specialist for it.

if i were you, i'd ask my GP first, and if i wasn't satisfied with his / her answers, i'd probably seek out a specialist.

good luck, tell us what you find out.
