Beloved- I have an appointment with the local cancer Dr. (oncologist) tomorrow. My blood work was off enough that they want to pursue the situation. I am not sure how the enlarged spleen is connected, but I do know it has moved a bit and easier to touch and of course is a bit more painful.
Some of you have survived this search and have been fighting the disease (cancer)for some time.
I love this place because we understand each other, and we know how lonely this can be.
Several years ago, it was scare tissue in my lungs, not the C word
I love this place because we can vent and at times appear to be off kilter, but then come back knowing that since we know how to love each other we also know how to forgive. Thanks for reading.

Oh Lon,

I hope it is just precautionary. The things life throws at us.

I came across this the other day and thought it was apt.

Mirror mirror on the wall I always get up after a fall.
And whether I run, walk or crawl,
I'll set my goals and achieve them all.

Will have my fingers and toes crossed.

Still trying to work out what makes me tick and what makes me drop
