As a new AS low starch dieter.... are fresh chillies okay??
Toying with an idea of chicken/fish, coconut milk, lemon grass, ginger and fresh chillies in the slow cooker...

What do u guys think??

It sounds lovely!

I can no longer tolerate any nightshades including hot peppers, they really tear up my gut. But if they don't bother you, then you can add them in. I know some with AS on the low starch diet who have no problems with nightshades, but I also know quite a few who do.

I love the combo of coconut milk & lemongrass.
