Have you ever had an MRI/x-rays of cervical spine?

Were there any problems noted?

Whole hand/all fingers?

Sometimes, spinal nerves out of the cervical spine can be pinched, causing symptoms like this. Might be time to check with the doc about getting it worked up, if it recurs often. Usually, carpal tunnel only involves a few fingers, so if it's the whole hand/all the fingers, the pinch is likely in the cervical spine, not in the wrist, like with CT.

Hmmmm... I'll pay more attention in the am. Tonight as I'm typing, my right hand pinky, ring, and middle fingers are tingly. I'll make some notes in the am. Thank you for the insight!!

Yea, I do.
Last few years it is much worse. I also have the throbbing pains that start from the neck. the radiating arm pain comes from the neck. occasionally I can get some relief by using the 5# weights to pop my vertebrae by extending my arms.

also th terrible jaw pain comes from this area.

take care my friend!

Check out this dermatome map
http://www.patient.co.uk/diagram/dermatomes-arm-diagram

I definitely have problems with C7 and C8 and that matches damage shown on cervical MRI

Been complaining of that for the last 20 years. Recovery has been quick in the mornings no lasting adverse effects yet. If the quick dissipation of tingling will only continue for the next 20 years. I will be one happy fusse.

I have had similar symptoms, maybe four times a week I would wake up like that. I began noticing my arms were bent at the elbows when I would first wake up, then would notice some numbing in my hands for a few minutes. this seemed to on for a couple years, I am not bothered by that these days though. But my elbows and shoulders seemed to go down hill afterwards.
