Yea omg, I lost a lot of muscle during the end of my last flare. The last 2 weeks were bad and wasn't expecting it cause a week before I did a 2 week fast in the middle of the flare. That may have contributed cause I wasn't exercising. Once I'm in remission and feel like I can build some muscle easily I'm gonna hit the weights hard for 3 to 4 weeks and hopefully that will be enough to stay thru flare and all. Never thought I would lose that muscle and now my body is distributing nutrients to different spots, which I'm actually happy about but want it to go to my big muscles too. The muscle is still there just needs filling up.
Saturday I ran 6.5 miles. I was not feeling well when I left on the run. As I ran I started feeling better. On the way out I saw my neighbor walking home. I talked to him later he was just finishing a 17 mile walk. He started at 4:30 in the morning. That is impressive.
50 and sunny! Took a one mile, 20 minute walk to enjoy this rare occasion.

I've been busy because of my MIL's hospice situation, but it's a good busy. Again, still can't say enough good things about hospice and palliative care. Wow they are wonderful!
Okay, here's an educational dance video. Let's all practice and then when we have our 5 year reunion - JUNE 2015!! - we can dance together!

He does make it look easy though! Some people are talented
Been walking, but not keeping track of the time or distance, mostly doing it by "running errands" around campus…especially with this heat wave we've had…its made it into the 50s a few times this week…..that's all about to change though…..the february thaw was nice though
