I am climbing stairs above the railroad. 60 feet every lap, plus the two blocks walked times 7 = great exercise.

Lon, where are you? In WA? [Thatís what the fox said!] doh
Good job all that baby lifting! cheerleader

Crowding the thread with exercise is EXACTLY the point! roll

Got to the gym today. Did a 45 minute workout. All good
Summer is over. Thank God. Now for nine months of lovely weather. Not too hot and winter simply doesnt happen over here.

I've been bad about walking, worse about posting when I do.....

This weekend I'd like to get out for a longer walk, hoping the weather cooperates.

Thanks for keeping me motivated though smile

Well I've got 2 in a row in. 25 minutes(omg I couldn't make 30, first time I can ever remember stopping early) it was tough and boring but when isn't it? Well actually my 2nd one was easy... why is that. Actually I know why... I waited the fatigue off... now if I just had that magic bullet for the fatigue and stiffness to make every one easy... errr NSD!!!

Weekends are good. 1.5 mile walk yesterday and today. Cold and windy, but a warm winter coat and a good hat and scarf and its all good.
