Helloooooo Team! grin

I apologize for ignoring you all these past few days. I wish I could say it's going to get better, but I have grandsons for 11 more days and I'M GOING TO SPEND EVERY AVAILABLE MOMENT WITH THEM!

Today at the pool the kids decided to teach me to dive. Alot of this went on.

But not by me. This is how I fared.

Okay, not really. But I am more sore than I remember being in a long time... so tomorrow maybe we will play board games and watch movies...
yes

Go Team! clap

Saturday I went for a 4 mile run, but I walked 1/10 of a mile every 1/2 mile.

those purposeful belly flops look the most painful!

Walked last night for almost an hour, maybe 2 miles, we were slow pokes, enjoying the cool breeze that was very unexpected, so muggy around here as of late. Watched the king birds and swallows down on the canal; and admired the cedar waxwings eating the wild cherries from the wild cherry tree right above us.

took 1 mile walks, 20 minutes friday and saturday.

today, walked 10 minutes, 1/2 mile. hoping to do more later.....

Over the weekend, walked around a arts festival for about 6-7 hours.

And my feet didn't hurt at all! Thanks Humira.

Yesterday walked around a garden center and farm market for about an hour or two.

Saturday I went about 4.5 miles in American Fork canyon. They started a 1/2 marathon running down the canyon a couple of years ago. There are a lot of people running in that canyon now. This morning I ran 2.91 miles.
