If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Today I walked about 2 miles along side my hubby...feet hurt soooooo much, but we got to take the newest grand boy out in his stroller all by ourselves! Then I swam 500 yds to try and get the swelling to go away. No go, but it was totally worth it Go team!!!

Hi team Today I managed to swim 750 yds. Been in wicked weird all over pain for the past few days. Comes and goes. Strange random joint stabbing, aching, skin hurting, bone wrenching.... Guh. Does anyone else get this ever? Goes back and forth between no pain at all and then an hour later is back. Anyway, go TEAM!

Hey everyone! I have something to admit. I've been slacking off lately The good news is that I resigned from 1 (of 3) boards of which I'm secretary. I also gave up one class that I was taking. This leaves just NAMI and my HOA where I live. As it turns out I'm not superwoman! Anyway, yesterday I walked 2 miles very slowly, stopping to visit family along my route and ending up at a park by my house with some of the "kids" all evening. I'm choosing to slow down and enjoy what my body will agree to doing, instead of forcing it to do what it can't. Have a great week everyone! Go TEAM!

Hey guys, how you doing? I have got back to the pool 2 weeks ago and have done 5 sessions. Good news. My life has been really full of movement in the last year. Hmmmm
I opened the business as I have said. But before christmas I broke up with the mother of my son so now I am in a new flat (my old flat) and she takes most of my income (Spanish Law). That´s the bad news but it isn´t all bad. More good news is that AS hasn´t attacked me during this rather stressful period upto now which is great. Emotionally I feel good which is very important. Anyway I have my son for the weekend and pick him up at 10am tomorrow. I hope to go for a swim before I see him. Afterwards is not an option.
I´ll try to be more regular both with exercise and talking to great people like yourselves (finding a little lady with an agreeable temperment would be nice aswell). Fergus Life is short and as you can see I have plenty of things to do.
