If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Erika, do you have your own indoor/heated pool? Nope. I swim at the University pool, but when we take the kiddos with us we swim at the public pool. Yesterday the 9 year old spent the entire time sliding down a waterslide into a 60F plunge pool! I thought she'd get hypothermia. But she was OK!

60 degrees!!!! Last year I did 20 laps in our little pool at 64 F just so I could brag about it, lol. But I was wearing my scuba diving diveskin (I could still squeeze into it!) and I think I would have just bounced out of the water if it was one degree colder!

It was snowing this morning, but not sticking to the roads, so I was going to run out side. I went and changed into my running clothes. When I got back there was slushy snow all over the road. I decided to go to the gym. 32 minutes on the elliptical, and then some snow removal from the driveway. The snow quickly replaced itself on the driveway.

Hope everyone had a good christmas day! yesterday we took a nice walk. It snowed over the weekend and again a little christmas eve, so got to wake to a white christmas; that was nice the walk was good, ~30 degrees F, no wind, and the snow had melted on the roads, so a pleasant walk. 1.5 miles. 50 minutes. I guess I stopped to take photos more than I thought

Missed running yesterday. To much snow on the road for me. I could run on the snow, but I am afraid of cars sliding, and hitting me. I didn't have time to go to the gym, but I did walk about a mile.
