I did "yoga for pain relief" today.

45 minutes.

It's a long road back sometimes from these flares. Sheesh.

I've missed you guys!

Today's run 3.11 miles (5K) in 20:43 minutes. In some new shoes, felt good. A big foot was filmed in Provo canyon, I run up Provo canyon once and awhile. It is not far from where I work. Here is the video they shot. I think it was just a black bear.

Hi,

Ok if I join in I am beginning to flare, somethings started my neck off, winter is always worse for me so could do with some motivation to keep exercising when I just want to curl up with a good book and hibernate!

Especially as we have planned a 'big adventure' going in search of the Northern Lights early next year (I haven't been on a plane for 25+yrs since I was 19) including Northern lights by horseback ride and two day husky sledging expedition! That does worry me as to whether I will be up to it but I count myself as reasonably fit which is what they say is required so long as I am not flaring! Must cut down on the chocolate.

Yesterday Horse riding: fairly gentle hack for 1 3/4 hours as neither of us have been out for two weeks.
Today same again.
