hey everyone, i have heard mixed things about flax seeds and i just tested a bag that i have and they failed hard! if some batches are good and others not, i was wondering if anyone could tell me a company that they get theirs from that is safe to use consistently?

Hi Kelly,
Avoid flax until you are out of the woods. When you are feeling relatively pain free then maybe experiment with them if they don't react to starch.

I recall experimenting with them long ago and having some reaction.. and also I think it made my eczema start up a little.

I would put flax in the "fringe food" category. Note core NSD but something that may be fine for some NSD folk due to their gut flora being different or whatever reason it may be..
