Get out your iodine and journal. All of those foods affect people differently (I think mostly because geographically some foods are picked starchy or not starchy). It will take time, no doubt about that. But if you remain vigilant and patient, you'll come to learn what works and what doesn't work for you. Make sure you space a few days before and after eating each fringe food so you get an accurate reading of pain levels. Good Luck!
