If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Surely you *know 'not' to drink sodas... Appalling, toxic to the body stuff. IF you drink it, you'll get boils and dandruff, and rot yr gut out and, and, and all the rest. Your choice - just remember funerals are getting a tad more expensive nowadays <LOL> And, stay away from all crap food. The industrial food chain horrible, fraught with danger for the body - final choice up to the person -

Is it a sugar thing, or is it a corn syrup thing? Corn syrup and other corn sugars are in all kinds of processed sweetened stuff, and more and more folk seem to be coming down with real sensitivities to corn products. I don't get boils like that, but a couple of doses of corn products is enough to wreck my gut for a while and give me nasty loose bowels.

Yes - count me amongst that line up...TG my erstwhile neighbours are no longer about - my gut has cleared up no end! Sugars - processed foods - vegetable oils - Sulphates - Sulfites - MSG - Maltodextrin - corn - fructose - corn - Oh yes, Corn - did I mention 'corn'?

I have been following a fructose malabsorption/intolerance diet. Since starting this diet I have been losing weight. My ongoing rash has lessened. I do not have any corn products ( corn syrup etc.). Many fruit, vegetables have an natural fructose in them (even wheat, brown rice products), so I also avoid these things. The rest of the celiac diet I am able to follow. If I have any of this sugar - I run ( diarrhea)- pimples hard growths on forehead, nose and back. My diabetes readings are falling and I am becoming more hypoglycemic (not sure what is going on in this regard). Look to see if this diet might be able to help. Pop is definitely out - if you follow this diet - it's not for everyone.
Hugs Gerri & Makaylah
