then we are pred buddies this week! cheerleader

expected to be in a flare by now, but oddly this year my flare was in the beginning of the summer and just recently seemed to finally go away.

but at a meeting in a city so lots of walking needed to be done. rheumy told me to do the pred taper preemptively and so i am.

didn't start it the day before the trip like i wanted to, but rather yesterday, so yesterday my feet were quite sore. but today, even with more walking, seem really good.

lots of walking yesterday to the art museum then through the art museum then from the art museum, ~3 hours, distance unknown.

today walked about 3-4 miles total. time unknown.

My GPS is working again:). A little minor surgery did the trick, but I think I had better start planning for a new one. Today's run 3.7 miles in 34:02 minutes.
