So I saw the surgeon on Friday and she said I can start slowly moving from my aircast into shoes. An hour a day then move up and when I see her in 6 weeks I should be in shoes 100%. My foot looks really good. It hurt alot when she wiggled my toe though  Yesterday I put a shoe on for the first time and it felt pretty good. No pain when I walked.....I was walking very cautiously. So things are looking good with that foot. She also PROMISED to fix my other foot so I am really happy about that and look forward to the day I can walk with no pain in my feet (if that ever happens) I just want to get this over with. Sherri

I sure hope every day gets better for you!
I just got off the Harley - way too hot for me. Course I WAS In shorts and a tank top. Over 100 here again!!!! I needed a country road, rather than all this concrete....
Any plans for the summer..

Yeah!! I am thrilled for you to be progressing to the point of putting on shoes.
I would love to wear pretty shoes again. I have some pretty ones that I wear occasionally (like for a grand daughter's wedding. That has happened twice!). LOL I did wear a pair of them to the dr. last week; why I don't know. Anyway, afterwards, my husband wanted to stop at the mall for something. I thought I would die the rest of the day and decided that vanity is not for me....anymore.
Hope you get a full recovery with all of the relief possible!
