It is a Magnolia but I don't remember the full name. Yes, I think that was just perfect.

they are wonderful trees. both the spring blooming variety. and the southern giant magnolia. they both smells so wonderful. pretty trees as well. that does seem very fitting.

How special was that? Cool. On a slightly different track, I have a single surviving plant from my son's funeral. Since I have a 'black thumb', it's a miracle it's still alive going on 8 yrs. (Peace lily) I've killed all the other plants I got at that time, which has been heartbreaking. So I hope the tree is hardy, for their sakes. Hugs for all of you, Joyce. Peace, also.

I am so happy for you that the peace lily is still alive. I don't have very good luck with those. You are being blessed with that Peace Lily.

I hope the tree does well also. She says sometimes she thinks something about the baby and then remembers that she is no longer pregnant. She has some sad times. She is strong and will be ok though.
