As many of you are aware I was having problems for quite awhile with low iron etc. My old gp was not concerned about this and basically told me nothing could be done . Well my new GP was concerned and put me on high dose of iron pills for 3 months . Well I went for my bloodwork and got the results.. everything is back up.. iron level is 11.9, the iron in storage went up to 230 ( from 4) and the hemoglobin is now at 126..
