Hi All,

Miss a lot on this forum.. Especially DragonSlayer, Naj(Jan), Molly which has given me lot of information to recover from my AS. And after 3 years after 2009 and i intense read and wrote on this forum. Now i feel lot healthier. There almost no pain at all except stiffness. I guess the stiffness because there is some joints area in me already reduce. And now i can work, sport, pray, and socialize normally.. Thanks God

Now i have some thought on Hyaluronic Acid. The reason is my left knee. I usually do stretching and everytime i extend my left knee there is a bit pain (like dry and sore). So i consult and guess there might little liquid as oil between my left knee joint. And if i still ignore it and use it for jogging and exercise it can be harmful in the future. Hyaluronic Acid usually used as liquid substitute for lubricant in knee joint. It used by injection and can maintain as long as 1 - 2 years before we need to do injection again.

Is there anyone here using it? And how effective it is, do it real that it helps your joint? And also is there any side effects on it?

Thanks again before, Cheers:)

I have no answers but my sister has Osteoarthritis and she is bone on bone and that is what they suggest for her as the number one thing she needs to have done.

She hasn't tried it yet as she has no insurance. It is so frustrating because she is in so much pain but applied for disability once and didn't get it. She didn't appeal either or try again. She really needs it or she is going to be crippled.
