I did the car ride ok.
I was able to wrestle one day with the grandsons!!!
A good friend in the church died, and they waited for me to come home to do the funeral......it made it kind of sad for us... and we wanted them to go ahead....
One of our daughters lost a baby in uterus...
My knees, hands and feet really began to throb.....
But we had many laughs, and youngest grandson, learned how to climb out of the crib while, while we were there.... so very proud of the little guy, yea right...
my dementia does not seem worse......
but I still waste time and find myself doing things that are unproductive.....

it is with a stinging reminder of father time that I read about your reference to my age. I am not 100 years old.. When I was birthed out on the spring snow by the mama wolf some years ago, she said my age depended up me.
I think of myself as being a very brisk, 39, 40ish, kind of guy. I still see myself as being a defender of the faith and quite an attraction to those who have poor eye site and olfactory glands.
I drive a SS Chevy, and like strong coffee...
why wud ya bring up my age at such a stupendous event??

steve / all of you!!!!
I had two rather active days.
I took my grandson and his lab down to the lake. While having a bit of trouble with the young dog, I was able to walk out in the water and show them both how not to let the cold stop you from having fun......
Yea, it was really cold... really cold / rainy. Then we had to climb this short but very steep hill to the road. I told Cody to go on a head, and if I wasn't there in half hour to get grandma and look for me.....
I am very grateful for another year, for love and for good friends. Thanks again all of you.

I am glad you had a good time. I am sorry for the loss of the baby for all of you. Our grand daughter is still having her ups and downs dealing with their loss.
Did Grandma have to come and get you? :o)
