BeBoneWise Exercise with Lisa Hoffman, MA
1999 National Osteoporosis Foundation

Section 1 Warm Up 3.30 min.
This section warms the muscles and prepares the body for exercising.
Section 2 Aerobics 10:30 min.
This section provides weight bearing aerobic activity that focuses on full body movements to condition the heart, strengthen the muscles,and improve balance
Section 3 Wall Exercises 4:30 min.
This section works the muscles of the back, shoulders, chest, arms and legs
Section 4 Chair Exercise 4:30 min.
This section works the muscles in the legs, hips and back and uses the exercise band to strengthen the back shoulders and arms.
Section 5 Floor Exercises 10 min.
This section works the muscles in the torso, shoulders, hips and legs

You can refer these basic exercises also.. they are very easy and effective for AS patient... you can choose with your accordance..

Thanks Kushagra - they look good, though find it impossible to lie flat on me back and very diff to kneel - so not much chance for me. Could just about do the first one, but not as high as that shown.

if anyone has trouble with the bridge (for me, it always messed my SI joint up, even when it was feeling good to begin with, even when doing it properly as trained by yoga instructor and PT), pelvic tilts while tightening the abdominal muscles / core muscles is a good alternative, or so say my PTs and doctors.
