Hey all I have PsA and AS.

The doctor has given me a choice between Humira and Simponi?

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Hi.Humira worked for me for just over a year.It wasent real great at alleiveating the pain,but did help.I am now on Simponi wich is helping me a lot with the pain,and i have been on it for over a year.I give a thumbs up to Simponi ,but we are all different,and what works for one might not work for the other.

I choose simponi but only for the once a month dosing schedule. Fill the script once a month drive home give myself a shot. No fridge or power outages to worry about.

Simponi seemed to have a lower allergic reaction problem as well in terms of rashes, etc.

Simponi, along with diet intervention, has kept me in remission for 3 years now

Can't say. Haven't taken Humira and haven't started Simponi yet. But have the syringe in the fridge. Waiting for timing purposes because of a trip I'll take late in summer...have to avoid carrying a syringe with me on an international flight. Just diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis after a period of an undetermined seronegative arthritis.

Remicade didn't do anything and Enbrel was only very slightly better. I'm going on 2 weeks since last injection and haven't felt any worse. Which means it probably wasn't doing anything and it was the Mobic that was helping most.
