I am so happy to hear that you are enjoying these!!! That is wonderful!! Flax seeds have so many great health benefits too wink

I usually leave them out on the counter in a covered cake stand for 1 week, but any longer than that and I keep them in the fridge.

Thinking I will have to make a batch tomorrow, after I do a couple batches of kale chips!

Thanks a bunch Andrea. I am loving my juicer and dehydrator best things I've ever bought. Just need to get used to the extra planning time for making things especially as I am also trying to soak all my nuts first smile

I hope you do well at the markets with your creations.

Ally

Yay! I soak all my nuts too ~ SO much easier to digest! And I also LOVE my dehydrator, juicer & Vitamix. I barely ever touch the stove anymore!

I have some other recipes I am currently hooked on right now. I will try to work out the exact measurements and post them soon. One is chilled cucumber gazpacho, and the other is Tom Kha soup. Oh, and I have also been making NSD lemon bars!

Wish I could have you over for dinner sometime! We live in Oregon, near the coast, and if you ever find yourself in this area, we would love to have you over for a huge NSD feast!
