If you can take tomatoes these are just yummy. I followed a link from one of Betty Rawker's posts one of her favorite raw food websites.

I did them for the time to make wraps as opposed to crackers though I scored them into squares for my round burgers smile It did mean that I could eat them the day I decided to try making them.
The drawback is they are made in a dehydrator which I now have but it would be worth trying them in your oven at its lowest temp.

I figured that as the tomatoes aren't cooked as such they would be less starchy. I had them today as my burger (homemade) bun and they are absolutely scrummy makes up for not being able to have ketchup, in fact better.

I have tested a piece (10 mins) with iodine and it did not go black unlike ketchup (incl Heinz)
