Think that any AS'er could have told em that, and IF they had taken notice of Ebringer they'd have been on to it years ago - but there ya go, caught up 'eventually'

I'm always amazed at all the recent studies that show the "new" concept of gut bacteria's role in the immune system and diseases. If Ebringer was just now presenting his results today, he would be considered "cutting edge." Instead, he was considered to be a quack by his peers 30 years ago.

Culture the contents of the small intestine! What a concept! This 'development' reeks of bureaucratic and scientific idiocy.
