If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

you are such an inspiration to the rest of us! i've noticed that its so much easier to get going in the morning when i have classes i have to get to to teach. i actually feel worse during break weeks. thus can understand a little bit. my parents are retired. mom has what i have or i guess i should say i have what she has, and my stepdad has crohn's and a heart condition. but i guess for them, its about grandkids, great grandkids, and the beach. mom loves the beach and so gets down there every chance she gets. maybe for you, sitting out in your garden, enjoying the fruits of your labor. do you have a bird feeder? bird houses? they are a lot of fun to watch in the garden. while i enjoy the flowers, i think i enjoy the birds even more. this morning, the tree swallows were busy in their box. hubby put fishing line on the box to keep the house sparrows away, and it worked! so glad you are seeing someone to talk things out with. and especially glad you have returned here!

Possi, I am so glad that you posted. I know that I have problems getting going in the morning. I have to push myself to get out in the garden to do some work before it gets too hot. It has been in the 80's lately, so if I want to do any gardening, I have to get out there early for a hour or two. I come in, drink some coffee and ice my SI for a while while reading another chapter in whatever book I am reading, then I try to go out for a little while. I am so behind, I just take it all one day at a time.

Hi Sue and Thank you!! Yes, we keep the bird feeders filled and the bird bath and we have lots of flowers in the yard and in pots on the patio. We both love being on the patio and watching the birds and listening to the little kids on the next street over. We both like to sit out there and read except that the days are about to get too warm for that. Mornings are still nice enough. OK gets pretty warm from here on out. I am planning a trip to FL in June to see our daughter and family. I am going by myself. I did find flights to and from without having to change planes anywhere. 4 hours won't be too bad. We will land once but won't have to change. I told my daughter that the only thing I want to do is sunsets on the beach. She has said, "Mom, the only thing you have to do is sit on the lanai and read or get in the pool and evenings in the hot tub". No cooking, cleaning or laundry while you are here. Sounds good to me. I think the break will be good for me even though I dread the trip because of my pain. I am just going anyway. I appreciate you Sue and always have. You are always and encourager and an inspiration. Thank you and Blessings. Possi

Thank you Donna! I love your signature. That is worth memorizing. I agree with it wholelheartedly. We are to be in the low 90's the rest of the week. Summer is getting here. I try to get up extra early in the summers and get outside and then stay inside the rest of the day. My early rising hasn't fallen in to place yet this year. It is also very windy and a hot wind dries everythng out so fast that I have to water daily. I also walk the dog every day. She is wanting to go now but we will wait until late and the sun is going down. She does me a favor by needing walks. I might not ever exercise again if not for her. Thanks for sharing and the reminder about "one day at a time". Sometimes it even has to be "one hour at a time" or "10 min. at a time". Living in the moment. Hugs and Blessings. Possi

Joyce, sweetie, it's so good to hear from you. I'm sorry things are so tough. Mornings? I agree, it gets tougher and tougher.
Florida! take me with you, that sounds wonderful. How long will you be there? That trip will be perfect for you. I can't believe you are going to fly by yourself, that's great.
Cindy

Thanks Linc! You have always inspired me also. Glad we have a Thunder fan in The Big Apple. Some our kids/grands are up there now for the stationery trade show. Take care of them. I appreciate you!! Possi

(((Cindy))) I have missed you! Hope things are relatively well with you. I have traveled a lot in the past by myself but haven't in a while. I will make it fine. I will just stay a week or two depending on how I do with the humidity. We will see what outranks...humidity or total rest. I may put up with the humidity to be pampered by my daughter. I am missing her and her family so much. How are your knees? I am needing a replacement but have decided to forego it since my sternum never healed from the heart surgery. I can't imagine what it would be like to not heal following a replacement. Good to hear from you. I think of you often. Hugs and Blessings. Possi

Radio-frequency. The ones for SIs have been wonderful. A brutal procedure when done bilaterally in one visit, but worth that pain relief.
