I am wondering If there are anyone who could tell me if fish oil helps relieving AS? If so, what dosage of EPA and DHA should be taken and how often?

They do say krill oil is best - but don't know. Am sure someone will dive in shortly to advise -

who knows, but i keep downing the stuff anyway!

i take ~3000 mg of nordic naturals daily. 1500 mg in the AM, 1500 mg in the PM.

it is helping with my insulin resistance / metabolic syndrome, so regardless of its affect on my inflammatory arthritis, its doing something.

i'm better in between flares now, but taking LDN and lots of supplements (see my by-line), going to the chiro twice a week, and the acupuncturist once a week. lots of ginger tea and walking every day as well.

thus the fish oil could be playing a role, but don't really know either. i still flare, so still have a ways to go.

I got fairly deep into taking a lot of supplements, but I have backed off to where I only take fish oil, Vit. D, and a good whole-food multivitamin (these three seem to be the most accepted and beneficial for overall health). I can't tell any difference from taking the other supplements and in not taking them. I eat a well-balanced diet, and I exercise. In my opinion, many supplements are just costing money without providing any real benefit. I don't think the fish oil helps any with AS, but I have found that being at an ideal weight and being in good shape make a world of difference for AS.
