i thought of you for sure when i saw its name!
i do wonder if the plain foam roller is enough for our delicate bodies or if something like this could be even better (or would it be worse)? who knows.
yesterday after all that walking around, my legs were so sore. i used my foam roller, took a hot bath, but wondered if this would have given an even better massage?
