Hi Yall...sorry I haven't been posting lately, I've been focusing on turning this thing around and I'm doing much better, I've gained 10 more pounds, I've gone completely NSD and I'm having excellent results!!!!  I figured this would be the perfect time to go for it and I'm so happy I did...  I'm exercising like crazy, my energy levels are great, my pain levels are way down and my stomach has healed up a LOT!!! I miss yall so much but I will be able to catch up soon, I'm getting ready for the storm, as Isaac is headed for us, so I will have plenty of time on my hands in the coming days...I can never thank yall enough for all you have done for me...I love you my KA family!!!
