If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Has anyone seen the documentary " Food Matters"? My mom gave it to me to watch and it is very interesting. She told me you can watch it on Netflix too. The main point is that a lot of diseases are from malnutrtion. It supported the idea that there a very few cases of vitamin overdose, and high doses of vitamins should be considered as treatment for diseases. One example from the documentary was the topic of niacin-vitamin b, and depression and how it has helped those with clinical depression. It mentioned the Gerson Therapy for cancer and so on. I don't think it's new, and it may have alrady been discussed here at kickas. It was interesting.

Food Matters is a great documentary - especially for those starting to understand why they should eat healthy. Another one that's on Netflix you'll like is "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead". Although it's not shot well like Food Matters, "Gerson Miracle" is also on Netflix. And if you like the scientific theories, take a look at the Ted talks on Defying Disease on Netflix. Just don't watch it all at once - it'll make your head explode!
Over the past 6 months, I've watched these theories and documentaries all point to the same thing - eat well, live well. Spend some time understanding the benefits of your food and your body will thank you for it.

Tim,
I'd highly suggest you get a Netflix account since they're in south america now (the movies switch based on location, that's what happened to me in Costa Rica + you'll see Food Matters here when you arrive in the U.S.).
+1 on Super-Size Me. Did you ever see the McDs french fry test on YouTube? It's one of my favorites "health" videos.
