After a large span hyatis I want to join the team again! Walked 13.8 km on Wednesday... 3.5 hours. Was walking around a conservation area at a teachers conference and saw lots of birds as well, including three families of gooslings!

Did 1500 metres in the pool today. I really have to be careful as it is genuinely hot and the sun is burning my skin.

Ok I have learnt how to put a photo into my signature. I just have to learn how to put a photo onto the column at the side and I will feel success.
