If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I know some of you are on LDN. I saw a new doc today, who is an Immunologist. He wants to try me on LDN in a few months possibly. He said I can stay on Methotrexare too, if I need to. Anyone with experience taking both LDN and methotrexate? Also, he is treating my systemic yeast with anti-fungal medicine and taking me off Prednisone. Methotrexate is causing me some mild nausea, fatigue and insomnia but is helping my severe pain and bringing it down to mild-moderate so it is a trade off right now. I finally feel I have a good support system with the help of everyone on this site and my doctors. Thanks again guys for all the support Shari

not the two, just LDN right now,
but sounds like if we need to go on SSZ, can stay on the LDN. we've talked about it. and that was the decision.

Shari - That is terrif - he knew the LDN. WOW. I tried to see an immunologist over here, but my erstwhile GP scorned the idea... Was a good one as well - known to Ebringer! So am annoyed was stymied in going that route. Oh well. At least I do have a good rheumy in the UK.
I take just the LDN.
Best of luck with it all - when you get there, keep us posted as to how y're doing with the LDN.
Go well -

Never had raised CRP levels (not a perquisite). So don't know. But do know that I could stop taking NSAIDs incl COX-2 inhibitors! LDN, no side effects. NSAIDs + COX-2 = very many side effects including triggering NTG (no tension glaucoma).
LDN helps me cope with the inflammation of the spine and helps control gut probs. Doing a good job.
