If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

so sorry about your feet. when it was the arthritis combined with edema (twice in my life), the only thing that made it even possible to be on my feet was contrast baths and icing my feet a lot. got a lot of ultrasound to my feet back then. and that blue icy gel does help the feet some, though the other three things helped more. maybe in the meantime before the other surgery these things could help a little? then again, i'm sure you've tried it all. i'm sure the surgeries will be a big help though

oh, sorry to hear that sherry, that does make it a lot more challenging! have you ever had ultrasound done on your feet? they wanted to give me cortisone injections into my feet at one point, but i didn't want to go there. wonder if the topical nsaid cremes could do any good?

Sherr I'm so glad to hear it!! Thank goodness she listened and paid attention to you, her patient, rather than only the 'system' and its finances. You are one tough cookie and a great advocate on your own behalf. I hope it helps you walk and walk and walk with no pain!!!
Love and hugs,

Hi Kath, I really like this doc. Got me in quickly and surgery in less than a month. I am impressed. She is concerned about the pain I am in everyday and the way I walk. Not good for anyone. So It will be here and over before I know it and then I will get my other foot done and hopefully, eventually I will have less or no pain in my feet Sherri xoxo
