We are in Mesquite Texas. It's hot, hot, hot. But all is well. Were in Baton Rouge last night and had the best seafood in the past year at Dempsey's. So I did indulge in a bit of food I usually don't eat.

I had a nice salad. We shared something called Boudin balls which are pork, chicken and rice shredded and fried....Yummy! We then shared crawfish tails, shrimp and catfish with a roumalade sauce and something called monray sauce which is like a thick gravy with shrimp,crawfish tails and scallops to dip your seafood in. Bob had a po boy sandwhich "dressed".

So far I'm doing ok, a bit sore but overall considering

will check in again when I can

I love California!Spent most of my life there, have a nice trip!I like washington too, the weather is crazy there, one minute its raining the next minute it is sunny.
