If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

can't pull up the references, but, initially i read to take before bed, but more recently read where taking it when one awoke in the morning turned out to work ok as well.
often i fall asleep in the recliner before taking my pills. when that happens, i take it when i wake in the middle of the night, or often i don't wake til morning and take it then. sometimes i'm running late in the morning and take the pills in the car on way to work. sometimes i forget and take them later.
what i'm saying is, i don't really stick to a schedule (like i probably should) and yet LDN has been a blessing regarding no longer tearing tendons and ligaments. and my tendoinitises are much much better too. and very very few "pulled" tendons.
would it work better if i were more disciplined? it really doesn't seem to matter. when i'm more or less disciplined on when i take it, it all seems to be good.
but that's me.

DocRox - I take mine at night, between 10 p.m. and 3 a.m. Suggest throwing question to the LDN forum, see what response you get.
Go well -
