If we stopped reproducing...ummm making babies. Would that cure the disease?
I can see it in my nephew, the youngest of three. He is 17 years old and has been in pain for a long time. has all the classic symptoms, and is being treated by a rhuematologist for a year now. I have no doubt he will get the AS tag.
I worry for him, for his future, he reminds me of me mentally and physically. I gave my brother the web address to give to him. I am sure he will be popping in or lurking at some point.

I never knew the people on my mothers side of the family, but I heard stories of great aunts and uncles on my mothers side who were ate up with arthritis. Now it will be passed from one family to another.
