If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Might I suggest you attempt a more strict version of the diet if you feel you have found some success, still eating a fair amount of starch?

I love drinking kefir water - I just got in the habit recently and I really enjoy both coconut or water kefir and kombucha. I can feel great benefits from driniking it. It really makes my tummy feel better & more relaxed.
I know that for me also, fruits/sugars are always best in the morning & early in the day, later at night they just give me trouble!

Quinoa - lovely stuff. You can make interesting dishes with quinoa. Only problem am so reactive to much of it.

@Marb- Over the past 7 months, I did have stretches of 4-6 weeks where I tried strict NSD but my pain levels didn't seem to change at all so I thought if I just had a little starch every now and then and my pain was the same that it was better for me to do LSD. Plus I felt better doing LSD vs. NSD.
@Tim- No other treatment right now, just diet. When I was diagnosed back in 06 I was Enbrel for a year. It was amazing, pain was 100% gone but I knew it was not a long term solution. Went off the drug and about 4 months later pain started coming back. Have been on various NSAIDS since 08 (sulindac, meloxicam, advil) and only took about once or twice a week as needed. Now, I don't take any at all since starting the diet.
I'd be interested to hear how quinoa works for you as it definitely didn't work for me. As I mentioned soon after eating it I got extreme hunger pangs. The next morning for breakfast I had some more just to see and yup, hunger pangs throughout the remainder of the day. Felt dizzy and could never quite get full no matter how much I ate so quinoa is out for me.
