6 miles on my trike and 1/2 mile in the water. nice day. i have a feeling there is a HOT summer coming up. TO TEAM!

if I were to STRODE VIGEROUSLY; most people would laugh...
so is the fulfillment in the stroding, or is it in the arriving?

Ahhh Lon, well of course, strodium Vigeratis was coined, and pursued by the Roman Emperor: Gauis Walkalotea.
Apparently on one occasion, he vigourously strode from one end of the Empire to the other,,,,,,,,mind you it is closed now, what with declining ticket sales and so on, most people now go to the Odeon!
Sadly, Walkalotea was not known for his jawline, firm or flabby but rather for his extreme views on things relating to stroding.............He in fact, did record the first single handed (should that be foot!) strodium vigeraticus from his house to his best friends house next door..............errrr

Well Lon, there will be a selection this year for one lucky Stroder...............The lucky appointee will have all stroding fees paid and a cup of tea supplied after five consecutively acceptable strodes are made without delay hesittion or interruption.......You may apply for the Bursary apropos this esteemed and sort after selection, in writing to the Head admin at Strode headquarters. Address please to mr Walker who will take steps to ensure all strides are tsaken to ensure your elegibilitity..............now, you dont have athlete's foot do you...!

Yesterday I rode my trike 3 miles, and today - after taking the wrong busses twice - I walked a mile and swam 600 yds. GO TEAM!
