If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hello, haven't posted since January flare, which I fasted my way out of. Thank God !!! Have found that eating oranges keeps me very regular and keeps my colon vacant and open. Now I will eat 3-4 at a time. Don't know if there is any correlation, but back has been doing well over last couple of months since pounding the oranges.
Just wondering if anyone thinks there is any correlation. Maybe the citrus does something to the Klebsiella ? Not sure, and maybe just interesting timing but would love to hear your thoughts on this.
Thank you. God Bless

could be the vitamin C could be the timing i know i'll think i'm doing everything right (regarding the bowels) and they'll be great, and then while continuing to do the same exact things, i'll start to go into a flare / i'll get constipated, not sure which is the chicken and which is the egg. thus far doctor and i haven't been able to figure out what's triggering the flares, though we discuss it every visit. let's hope its the vitamin C, bioflavonoids, soluble fiber and that it continues along the same lines. either way, very happy for you!

they are kidney stone forming, so be sure to take plenty of calcium. That is counter-intuitive, I know. yep, not only counter-intuitive but unscientific and potentially dangerous. "Calcium is one component of the most common type of human kidney stones, calcium oxalate. Some studies suggest that people who take supplemental calcium have a higher risk of developing kidney stones, and these findings have been used as the basis for setting the recommended daily intake (RDI) for calcium in adults.[7] In the Women's Health Initiative, postmenopausal women who consumed 1000mg of supplemental calcium and 400 international units of vitamin D per day for 7 years had a 17% higher risk of developing kidney stones than subjects taking a placebo.[8]" - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kidney_stone"Citrus and kidney stones: Lemons, oranges, grapefruits, limes and other citrus contain a high amount of citric acid. It has been proved that this acid is able to is able to dissolve little stones or prevent their formation." - http://www.botanical-online.com/dietforkidneystones.htm"If circumstances allow, eat oranges on a regular basis. Citrate found in oranges can decrease calcium oxalate formation in your genitourinary system; citrate competes with oxalate in binding to freely available calcium. A study published in the October 26 issue of the Clinical Journal of the American Society of Nephrology indicates that citrate found in oranges is a more effective binding partner with calcium than citrate found in other citrus fruits like lemons." - http://drbenkim.com/kidney-stones.html

A couple of things came to mind as I read your post. If you're very regular and not constipated that helps the inflammation in the colon, and less inflammation less pain in the back. I have read up on high dose vitamin c therapy and people with arthritis benefit sometimes from it. I read this informatin when I was reading alot about arthritis being caused due to an infection. I also read read something interesting about vitaminc, people who had negative reactions to cortisone injections and felt anxiuos or jittery felt better taking vitamin c.It's nice to see someone feeling better, I'm happy for you.

I love oranges, but let me eat a few and they make me hurt so bad I feel like I have been ran over by a Mack truck. Every few yrs. I have to prove that to myself again, just did it again a couple of weeks ago. J.R.

hi mystery, glad to hear the oranges are working. keep up the good work. @DragonSlayer Nearly everything You know is WRONG. i don't claim to know anything. i try to develop an informed opinion on an issue based on the best available information which is then subject to re-evalutaion as new evidence emerges. i try to provide others with this information so that they can draw their own conclusions, rather than just take my word for it. EXPERIENCE is everything. personal experience can be a powerful motivator. however in your case it seems to have manifested itself as an unwavering omniscience. whilst you are unable yourself to follow any 'accepted' advice you have no problem dishing it out, even when it is at overwhelming odds with scientific evidence and others personal experiences. this is a classic symptom of grandiose delusions, which you also show other symptoms of. "The delusions are generally fantastic and typically have a supernatural, science-fictional, or religious theme."( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grandiose_delusions) unfortunately in the case of grandiose delusions "the sufferer does not have insight into his loss of touch with reality" so it can be a potentially dangerous condition if left untreated.
