Hi Lon: First, maybe you are colour blind? Blue is not a colour in my sinus drainage experience. Ask Lin, as a nurse, she is more experienced in the kaleidoscopic range of colours. What combination of drugs did you say you are mixing for yourself? I am sure the combination is a handful of colour! Second, and maybe more important, where is the photo of you on your 883 Harley? Your KickAS buddy...Tom

Ever the practical one, I looking it up for you:

Mucus can turn blue because of a certain bacteria called Pseudomonas pyocyanea. About 1 in 10,000 people will typically have blue snot. If your mucus has changed to a thick, blue color that has lasted several days, it is probably time to see a doctor.

Blue mucus can also happen if you have inhaled blue powder or something else blue in the air. If this is the case, it should clear up within a day or two.

Get thee to a doctor, my friend.

I have been feeling good other than a sinus infection. My last name ancestory is from England- Stapleford in Notingham. Do have some Scotch from the Gunns on my Mothers side. Also have a trace of Montuck-- native american -- 5 ancestors that sailed on the Mayflower. My Dad and Stepmother are headed to your town this next week to help take care of a friend that is having a knee replacement. Hope you get over the blue crud soon.

Lon, it's those rose colored glasses you wear...making it appear as blue.
Did this occur during a blue moon???

Oh & do follow up with a real dr instead of those wisecrackers who infiltrate this forum.
