the pred kicked mine in the butt! had a great rheumy appt yesterday; was nice to be able to tell him about the flare and how well pred handled it, he seemed as pleased as i was!
today:
walked 1 mile, 20 minutes, with hubby!
yesterday was 20, brrr cold

but today was 40 and tomorrow will be 60

heard the red winged black birds today, the first time all year,
and saw one at the feeder this morning.
spring is almost here; soon the robins will return.
