Today's run 5 miles in 50 minutes. The wind was horrible. here, too. Tumbleweeds everywhere!

exercise is good for us!
50 minutes at the Wreck Center, walking, machines, walking against the current....
yep it is nice to be able to do a little more.

Today's run: I stayed inside on the elliptical today because it was snowing here (Lon not to worry I think it is headed your direction). 3.91 miles in 35 minutes.

Today's run: I stayed inside on the elliptical today because it was snowing here (Lon not to worry I think it is headed your direction). 3.91 miles in 35 minutes. Whoop whoop! Snowing here, too.  I walked 1 mile today. After three days in bed it was NICE to get out of my bed!.

.5 mile run last Monday ..8 MIN I know hardly a run.
2 miles on Tuesday.. with the golf clubs. good walk ruined.
5 miles on the bicycle with my honey on Sunday to start this week. Can't measure that. Life is good.
Send the snow to Illinois. Life is short.

back on oxycontin,
real bad swelling, aches
more snow, so I started the snow blower, wish now I had burned it in the fire of my imagination.....
no controls, have to go to the front of the motor to make an adjustment
But hey the sun is out, I may run naked as a Jay bird and get a nice base burn.....
I slipped pulling the old fart of a snow blower, went down, that is what caused the tornadoes in the midwest...
go team go my 62... is the old 105....
with this shadow vision, I have twice the snow to move!!!!
