climb the stairs 5 times,
walked a few hall-ways in the hospital = to and from apt.
walk hall in church, to let "killer" know what was available for her work out.
dug five holes for tomatoes
emptied 20 gallon of water out of the small boat..
go team go yea team!

Yesterday I walked 1 mile and swam 750 yds. Today I rode my trike 3.1 miles and swam 800 yds. Good job everyone!  It all counts!  Go TEAM!

My nearly 3 lb. dog watches me push the mower. I walked a few blocks pulling up flags left over from winter out by the street; she was right there.
I pull the blade off the old mower, sharpened it, the dog sat and watched me the whole time.
I am having incredible lower back, leg and joint pain, hmmm..

  I believe I have just put on 2 photos. The first is of my girlfriend and I in Argentina at Easter. Great place, really great place. The other is of the present I came home with for the little fella (Brandon). I absolutely love going on the bike with him and here getting a baby seat is pretty difficult. Thursday 2000 metres in the pool Friday 1 hour cycling around a circuit Sunday 2000 metres in the pool. Go team, I love you guys (you get me to the pool every week)

8.69 miles in 1 hour 28 minutes yesterday. I did stop to talk to a neighbor for about 2 minutes.
